Bringnox Motorized Roller Shades 100% Blackout Cream

I had been researching motorized smart blinds for a while. I have 10 windows in my living room so this was going to be a significant financial investment and I wasn't convinced yet to pull the trigger. I was remodeling my office and decided to purchase a test shade for that room's single window. I was blown away by this product! It took me twice as long to unpackaged the item, familiarize myself with the parts and the instructions than it did to screw in the brackets and hang the shade. That second part took about 3 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by how perfect the size was and how where the shade stopped when lowering was EXACTLY at the bottom of the window sill. Adding the side L brackets was also a great decision as it blocks out more light. The smart assistant setup however was very confusing. I chose the zigbee motor and there was no mention I could recall of needing a hub. Once I got one, then the procedure of downloading another app, connecting, then connecting with Alexa was met with much frustration. Now that it's all done, it does work flawlessly. I will be purchasing more for the rest of the house.

These blinds are amazing! Bought 2 blinds - one for a kitchen window and the other for a sliding door. I was looking for something that would look great in my newly renovated kitchen and dining room, give me privacy and be easy to use. I spent a lot of time researching different blinds. We went with the 15 channel remote to do multiple blinds. Hung the remote on a wall in a common area so anyone in our family could use it. Love being able to hit the button and have both blinds in the kitchen and dining are go up and down at once. One of the valances arrived damaged from shipping Bringnox customer service was quite incredible. They were quick to respond and make things right. I had a new valance arrive within days. Their follow-up and professionalism was exceptional. I will definitely be getting more of these blinds.

Nice remote control blind The remote control blinds work great. Our windows are very high and we needed a remote control blind for that reason. The blinds were packaged amazingly well when they arrived, earlier than expected. The installation was fairly easy. We had a hiccup with the solar chargers but the manufacturer Bringnox customer support was an easy email conversation that took care of the problem. Although it must have been a rough trip, the shades were packed well enough to protect them from damage by the shippers. It took a while to get them unpacked , but worth it. Installation was easy but since mine were nearly 8 ft long i need two people to do it. Since these shades are already programmed at the factory it was a bit of a challenge to reprogram them to meet the needs of my current location. All in all i'm very happy with my purchase and with the service provided.

Best blinds ever!! We have two windows that are really high up and sometimes the sun comes into the living room and is a little much. We took a chance on these and we are so happy with them. We love the fact that we have a remote and can open and close them when we want. We highly recommend these blinds. Make sure you measure correctly. My only issue was they were pretty pricey!

Great product AND Excellent customer service The shade is exactly what we wanted to provide sun blocking coverage with a low profile. Customer service followed up with us to be sure the product arrived as scheduled and was in good working order. They promptly forwarded a link to a video to help us relearn the shade to roll up completely, when prior to arrival it had been programmed to roll up 3" short of where we needed.
