Service Details:

  • If the discrepancy between your provided measurements and the required dimensions is within 1"( 2.54 cm), we will remake your shade at no additional cost.
  • If the discrepancy exceeds 2.54 cm, you will only be responsible for the price difference between your original and replacement shades.

  • The replacement will match the style and fabric of the original shade but will be shipped without the motor.
  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
