This is an awesome smart blind. The fabric is high end. It can block sunlight even though I do not have the black out option. The up and down is very smooth. I am surprised that one remote can do so many programmings. I do not have smart home but just remote. Simple is good.

Update: The company was very prompt in contacting me and shipped another valance to replace the damaged one. Just received my remote control roller blind however the valance was damaged. Hoping I can get it replaced or exchanged because there is no return on the product. Otherwise, I really like the product, the color and functionality.

Don’t hesitate - great blackout blinds! These blinds came incredibly fast. 8 days from when I ordered despite being custom and coming from overseas!Everything was packaged nicely and the instructions were clear. It took less than an hour for my husband to install (and we have very wide blinds!).The remote controlled open and close is very sleek! Can’t believe what a great value these blinds are - fast and with a remote for literally a third of the cost of what I was quoted by a shade company.Needed some customer service for questions I had and got very prompt, helpful and clear responses.Wish I had discovered these sooner!

Great smart blinds! I can’t speak for the longevity yet as I’ve only owned them a few days now but they were easy to install not super heavy and they came to measure perfectly with my specified measurements. They paired super easy and fast with my Apple home with Matter over Thread. Love being able to see the battery percentage in Apple home. I have them set to open with sunrise and close with sunset routines so far. Also, considering their perfect fit inside my window they are working better for privacy vs the curtains which I still have up over the window.

Easy-peasy! The SHADE of it all! I LOVE these shades. Easy to install, easy to order, and shipping was very fast. The instructions were clear and simple and the shades have, so far, been all that I hoped for. They are maybe a little pricey, and I sort of wish they could provide wider estimate margin of possible prices at first glance. But I am still very happy and feel like it was money well-spent. I also have no idea how their prices compare to companies that provide installation.Mostly I am bothering to write a review AT ALL because of their wonderful customer service. I reached out and asked if it might be possible to return 2 of the WiFi bridges that came with the product since I had ordered 3 separate shades. I only need 1, so having 3 is redundant. Not only did they respond super quickly, but they sent another message to check on me and see if I was getting what I needed. Then they refunded me for the 2 bridges and didn’t even require me to send them back.Very very happy 😊

Best Blind and Customer Service you will ever buy I recently installed my blind and I absolutely love it! I wanted to keep the sun out in the evening. This blind is doing the job. It keeps our house cooler blocking the sunrays. The blind is very well made and it's completely black-out. Love, love that it's motorized. I purchased HUB and solar panel. Installation was simple and easy. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I left a message for the seller and was contacted immediately. Ivy answered all my questions and concerns and more before placing my order. She is AWESOME. I will be ordering more of the motorized blinds from this company.
